Let’s tidy up your Garage, Basement, or Attic! •Organize & Cleaned (carpet vacuumed, dusting, floors swept & mopped, disinfecting/ sanitizing, garbage removal, windows) - Up to 3 Service Providers-
/ Company Policy: All “one-time” sessions except In Person Quote Requests, are subjected to a non-refundable deposit. Client agrees to remit "Session Balance" to "Service Provider" in the form of cash or money order at time of service. Money orders are to be made out to your service provider, not to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services cannot process gratuity (tips) for Service Providers. All gratuity (tips) must be paid directly to Service Providers. When booking, use the ‘Note’ box to add services or special instructions to your Itinerary and an invoice will be sent to you via email. Itineraries are sent via email 24hrs before session time. Invoices must be paid by Due Date to avoid cancellation of requested services or add-ons. You (client) must sign proof of purchase receipt upon arrival of the Service Provider. Cancellation of Bookings and Pricing Plans are strictly prohibited. Clients with Pricing Plans can book within the length of their Pricing Plan only and any unused sessions will expire. Extensions can be granted for Pricing Plans at the discretion of this company for a $50 fee, based on the type of Plan chosen (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days before date of service to avoid $35 “Late Fee”. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services is not responsible for any damages caused before, during, or after requested services. Once payment is made, you (client) agree to all Terms of this Company Policy. Pricing is subjected to change and all parties involved using this service are in agreement with this Company Policy.
