(3hr min. common areas only) + $60 Dump fee: •Bathrooms •Dining room •Hallways •Kitchen •Living room •Stairs: appliances exterior, carpet & area rugs vacuumed, ceiling fans & light fixtures, counters & table tops, dishes, dusting, floors (swept & mopped), garbage removal, mirrors, optional organizing, sanitizing/ disinfecting of frequently touched areas (door handles, light switches, banisters/railings), visible baseboards *Attics, Basements, Bedrooms, Cabinets, Drawers, Garages, & Walls not included* - Up to 3 Service Providers -
