Welcome to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our cleaning services, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Provided
Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC offers a wide variety of residential and commercial cleaning, animal carcass removal, and biohazard remediation services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate service itinerary, Service Agreement, proposal, invoice, or quotation, outlining the specific cleaning tasks, frequency, and pricing.
3. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Clients must provide at least 2 days (48 hours') notice, before date of service, for rescheduling session(s) to avoid $35 “Late Fee”.

Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings/sessions and pricing plans/contracts are strictly prohibited. Should client request for a Plan/contract cancellation, client agree to pay a cancellation fee of $300.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if our staff or service providers/subcontractors feel unsafe, threatened, or if the environment is deemed hazardous.
4. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: A deposit is due at booking for all services unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Client agrees to remit session balance to the service provider/subcontractor in the form of cash or money order at time of service.

Payment Methods: For our residential clients we accept payments via credit/debit card, homeowners' insurance, cash or money order. For our commercial clients we accept payments via ACH, checks, credit/debit card, cash/money order.

Late Payments: Invoices and/or Paylinks must be paid by the Due Date to avoid cancellation of service request or add-ons. Any invoice and/or paylink not paid by its Due Date will incur a late fee towards the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment will result in service suspension and possible legal action.

Refunds: Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC does not issue refunds. If client is not satisfied with the services received, once a service is completed, Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services will schedule a Service Retouch with the lead service provider, for client free of charge.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service, clients are responsible for:

Reading confirmation emails to properly prepare for booked services (sessions/appointments).

Providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

Securing pets or any sensitive items.

Informing us of any fragile or high-value items that require special handling.

Providing a safe and hazard-free environment for our team.
6. Service Time & Pricing Policy
This agreement is made between Home Sweet Home Quality Cleaning Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the Client.
At Home Sweet Home qcs LLC, we value transparency and strive to provide accurate service time estimates for all of our cleaning services. Please note that these estimates are based on the average duration of similar past cleanings. However, we understand that every client and home is unique, with varying needs and requirements.
Because of this, our team focuses on being quick, thorough, and efficient during each cleaning session. We aim to deliver exceptional results within the estimated timeframe without compromising on quality. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we conduct a walkthrough of your space with you before we leave. This allows us to address any concerns or adjustments in real time, ensuring that the service meets or exceeds your expectations.

Quoted Price & Time Frame: Service Providers will provide the Client with a quote that includes a set price and an estimated time frame for the completion of the cleaning service.

Additional Time Fee: If the service extends beyond the quoted time frame due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control (e.g., excessive clutter, additional requests, unforeseen conditions), an additional fee per extra hour and/or service will be applied.

Client Approval: The Client will be notified if additional time is required. Work will proceed only with the Client’s approval.

Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the additional time fee, if applicable, along with the final invoice.
By scheduling services with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this stipulation.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns. We may, at our discretion, offer a re-clean or other resolution to meet your satisfaction.
8. Liability and Insurance

Damage Policy: Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC is insured for property damage caused by Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC members. In the event of damage or breakage caused by a Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC member, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, provided the damage is reported within 24 hours of service. In the event of damage or breakage caused by a Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC service provider/subcontractor, they will repair or replace the item at their discretion, provided the damage is reported within 24 hours of service. Service providers/subcontractors carry their own liability and insurance.

Limitations of Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Health and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to the health and safety of our team.
9. Additional Insured Clause
1. Additional Insured Request:

If the Client requests to be added as an Additional Insured on Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC’s insurance policy, a fee will apply based on the nature of the services provided and the level of risk involved.
2. Fees:

Residential Clients: A flat fee of $125 per job or $300 per year will be charged for additional insured status.

Commercial Clients: A flat fee of $225 - $500 per job or $500 - $1,500 per year will apply, depending on the size of the contract and risk level.

High-Risk Contracts (Medical, Industrial, Post-Construction, Government Facilities): Fees may be $300 – $1,000 per occurrence or $500 – $1,500+ per year, based on coverage requirements.
3.Insurance Limits & Modifications:

If the Client’s contract requires higher liability limits than Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC’s standard coverage, the Client agrees to cover the cost of the policy increase.

The Additional Insured status does not provide the Client with independent coverage but extends liability protection only for services performed by Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC.
4. Payment, Processing, & Documentation:

The additional insured fee must be paid before the endorsement is processed.

Standard processing time for additional insured endorsements is 1–3 business days. If the request requires policy modifications, it may take 3–7 business days or longer.

Rush Orders: If the Client needs the Certificate of Insurance (COI) urgently, a rush order may be requested. Additional fees may apply based on the insurer’s expedited processing charges.

Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the Client as an Additional Insured within 10 business days after payment is received and processing is completed.
5. Waiver & Limitation of Liability:
Adding the Client as an Additional Insured does not extend coverage for claims arising from the Client’s negligence or wrongful acts. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC retains the right to decline any request that may create excessive liability exposure.
10. Use of Cleaning Products and Equipment
We provide our own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. If the client requests the use of specific products or supplies, the client must provide them, and we will not be responsible for any damage caused by these products.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected in connection with our Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection.
12. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend Services at any time for any reason, including non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of these Terms. Clients may also terminate services with written notice, subject to the company policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from or relates to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
