1. Earning Points

• Book a Session: Earn 50 points for each booked and completed session.

• Sign up to the Site: Earn 10 points when you create a new account on our website.

• Save & Purchase a Pricing Plan: Earn 100 points for purchasing and saving any of our pricing plans.

2. Redeeming Points

• 250 Points: Redeem 250 points for $75 off the lowest priced item in your cart.

• 500 Points: Redeem 500 points for $150 off the lowest priced item in your cart.

3. Eligibility: The loyalty rewards program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

4. Program Participation: To earn points, participants must sign up for the loyalty program and make qualifying purchases. Points are awarded based on eligible purchases, and the number of points earned per booking may vary based on promotions or specific services.

5. Point Expiration: Points earned in the loyalty program may expire. Any unused points will be forfeited after expiration.

6. Non-Transferable: Loyalty points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment for any other service outside the loyalty program.

7. Rewards Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts or specific services as outlined in the program. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC reserves the right to modify the rewards or the number of points required for redemption at any time.

8. Program Changes: Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty rewards program at any time without notice. This includes changes to point accumulation, redemption values, and eligible purchases.

9. Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the loyalty program, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts or misuse of points, will result in immediate termination of program membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

10. Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the accumulation or redemption of points, Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC's decision will be final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability: Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC is not responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or interruptions that may prevent a member from earning or redeeming points.

12. Governing Law: The loyalty rewards program is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Participation in the program implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
