Effective Date: Today (current date)
All “one-time” Sessions are subjected to a non-refundable tax inclusive deposit. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC (Home Sweet Home qcs llc) eGift Cards are also non-refundable, cannot be combined with any coupons, does not expire, and are only redeemable at Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unredeemed eGift Cards. You ('the client') agrees to remit "Session Balance" to the "Service Provider" (subcontractor) in the form of cash or money order at time of service. Money orders are to be made out to the Service Provider (subcontractor), not to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC cannot process gratuity (tips) for Service Providers (subcontractor). All gratuity (tips) must be paid directly to Service Providers (subcontractor). Garages, Basements, & Attics are a separate service and are not included in any packages; although can be “added-on” for an additional fee at the client's request. Cabinets, closets, & drawers are included in ‘Moving Service' or 'Unfurnished’ Sessions only. Itineraries are sent via confirmation email after booking. Invoices and/ or Paylinks must be paid by Due Date to avoid cancellation of service request or add-ons. You (client) must sign proof of purchase receipt upon arrival of the Service Provider (subcontractor). Service Providers are required to submit detailed "before & after" photos of each room on the Service Itinerary, to be viewed and archived with each Booking (session) by a HSH Supervisor. Client (you) grants Home Sweet Home qcs LLC permission to use his/her before & after photograph images in any advertising and promotion without payment to client. Cancellation of Bookings (sessions) and Pricing Plans (contracts) are strictly prohibited. Should you (client) request for a Plan (contract) cancellation, you (client) agree to pay a cancellation fee of $300 if residential account and 35% of contract if commercial account. Clients with Pricing Plans (contracts) can book within the length of their Pricing Plan (contract) only and any unused sessions will expire. Extensions of Pricing Plans (contracts) can be granted at the discretion of this company for a $50 fee, based on the type of purchased Plan (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days before date of service to avoid $35 “Late Fee”.
Special Services:
All Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC (Home Sweet Home qcs llc) "Special Services" are subjected to a non-refundable tax inclusive deposit or payment at the time of booking. You (client) agree to remit any "Service Balance" to Home Sweet Home qcs LLC after services are completed or based on contract agreement between you (the client) and Home Sweet Home qcs . Checks or money orders are to be made out to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC. There will be a $75.00 processing fee for all bounced checks. Home Sweet Home qcs LLC cannot process gratuity (tips) for Service Providers. Invoices and/ or Paylinks must be paid by Due Date to avoid cancellation of service request or add-ons. You (the "client") must sign contract and/or proof of service receipt upon arrival of the Service Providers. For quality assurance, Service Providers are required to submit detailed "before & after" photos of each room, service area, and/ or service on the Service Itinerary, to be viewed and archived with each Booking (the "session") by one of our supervisors. Client (you) grants Home Sweet Home qcs LLC permission to use his/her before & after photograph images in any advertising and promotion without payment to client. Cancellation of Pricing Plans (contracts) are strictly prohibited. Should you (client) request for a Plan (contract) cancellation, you (client) agree to pay a cancellation fee of $300 if residential account and 35% of contract if commercial account.

1. Acceptance of User Agreement
By registering with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services or by accessing our website and content, including through our mobile applications, or by purchasing our "One-Time" Sessions, Pricing Plans, or other information provided as part of the Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services (collectively the "services"), you become a "user" and agree that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services. If you are using or accessing the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you are representing that you have the authority to bind the company or other legal entity to the Terms of The Agreement and acknowledge and understand that both you, individually, and the company or entity which you represent are bound by this Agreement. Once payment is made, you (client) agree to all Terms of this Company Policy. Pricing is subjected to change and You (client) understand that Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services is not responsible for any damages caused before, during, or after requested services. We (Home Sweet Home q.c.s.) may change or update this Company Policy at any time. Your continued use of this website & its services establishes your agreement to the new or updated Company Policy.​
2. Your Obligations License and warranty for your submissions to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services:
By establishing a Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services Account and accepting these Terms of Service, you agree that Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services may assist you in setting up your profile by using publicly available online information regarding you to populate your profile and to supplement any information provided by you in setting up your profile. You own or otherwise have the lawful right to provide the information that you provide to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services or allow Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services to access under this Agreement, and may request it's deletion at any time, unless you have shared information or content with other Users and they have not deleted it or it was copied or stored by other Users with your permission. Any information you submit to us is at your own risk of loss by providing information.​
3. Customer Consent to use online credit card payment for purchase:
In order to purchase services and/or products with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC
online, over the phone, or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit or debit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC online credit/ debit card use consent applies to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. Subscription Renewals: Your subscription to the applicable Premium Service automatically renews at the end of your chosen subscription period for a new subscription period identical in length to your chosen subscription period until you cancel (i.e, if you purchased a monthly subscription, it automatically renews month to month until canceled). We charge you the subscription fee for the initial subscription period when you sign up for the subscription and thereafter automatically you the applicable subscription fee on each renewal until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the applicable amount using the payment method you have on file with us. By agreeing to these Additional Terms and Conditions and your payment method, you authorize us to do so.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, we may automatically terminate your account. If you have questions about a payment made to us, we encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. We reserve our right to dispute any chargeback.

4. Amendment of Company Policy, Terms, & Conditions:
We may modify these terms and conditions, other terms and materials referenced in this document, clients' accounts, or content of Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC website at any time for any reason.
