PLEASE READ THESE AGREEMENT(S) (COLLECTIVELY "AGREEMENTS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY HOME SWEET HOME QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES LLC (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS HOME SWEET HOME QCS LLC). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR DOWNLOADING ANY ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THESE AGREEMENTS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE AGREEMENTS, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY HOME SWEET HOME QCS LLC. IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A PRODUCT OR SERVICE AND DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN THE APPLICABLE RETURN PERIOD TO THE AUTHORIZED RETAILER OR DISTRIBUTOR WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED, SUBJECT TO HOME SWEET HOME QCS LLC’S RETURN POLICY.
1.) Introduction
Welcome to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC ("Home Sweet Home qcs LLC"). Our mission is to provide professional, compassionate, and reliable home, commercial, and specialty cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this company policy, which are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and satisfaction for both our clients and our team. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC ("Home Sweet Home qcs LLC") is committed to providing top-quality cleaning services while adhering to the legal requirements of Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ).
By using our services, you ("the client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement is made between Home Sweet Home Quality Cleaning Services LLC and the Client.
Commercial clients should review our Commercial Client Policy & Terms of Agreement for service terms, billing, and liability.
2.) Deposits and Payments
2.1. Payment for services is due upon booking or before service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for certain services, including Residential Services, Special Services, Hazard Services, and Commercial Services.
2.2. Add-On Services selected at booking or during service are billed in addition to the base service rate.
2.3. Home Sweet Home qcs LLC reserves the right to adjust fees for changes in service scope or duration.
2.4. One-Time Cleaning Sessions

A non-refundable, tax-inclusive deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance (“Session Balance”) must be paid directly to the Cleaning Technician at the time of service via cash or money order. Money orders must be made payable to the cleaning technician, not Home Sweet Home QCS LLC.

Gratuities (Tips):
Home Sweet Home QCS LLC appreciates clients who wish to recognize our Cleaning Technicians for exceptional service.
Clients are welcome to provide gratuities directly to their Cleaning Technicians or request that Home Sweet Home QCS LLC include a gratuity at booking, in their invoice, or payment link.
When a gratuity is processed through Home Sweet Home QCS LLC, 100% of the tip is distributed to the Cleaning Technicians.
A $10 administrative processing fee will apply only when a gratuity is added or processed on behalf of the client to cover administrative and payment handling costs.
If the client is not present at the time of service, Home Sweet Home QCS LLC may process the remaining session balance and any authorized gratuity on the client’s behalf, subject to standard payment processing fees.
3.) Payment Method Storage:
By booking services, the client authorizes Home Sweet Home QCS LLC to securely store their payment method on file. This method may be used to process approved service add-ons, outstanding balances, or applicable refunds in accordance with our policies.
4.) Automatic Payment Authorization:
If the client is not present at the time of service, Home Sweet Home QCS LLC reserves the right to automatically process the remaining Session Balance using the card or method provided at booking. A standard payment processing fee may apply. By booking, the client agrees to this method of final payment.
5.) Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard Services and 24 hours for Short-term Rentals. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost and/or forfeiture of the paid deposit. In cases of severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions, Home Sweet Home QCS LLC may reschedule services without penalty. Clients are responsible for ensuring access and readiness at the scheduled time. Delays caused by unprepared homes or businesses may result in additional fees.
6.) Return Visit & Service Continuance Policy
If a scheduled service is interrupted or cannot be completed due to client-related circumstances, the following applies:
6.1. Return Within 2 Days: A Service Continuance Fee of $150-$300 per hour, at the rate specific to the booked service, will apply based on the booked service (read service disclaimer at the bottom of each service page for details). The service will be treated as a continuation of the original appointment.
6.2. Return After 2 Days: The service will be considered a new booking, subject to standard rates and scheduling availability. A new booking and/or invoice will be issued accordingly.
6.3. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges.
6.4. All services are initially priced using a combination of past comparable projects, property type, and client-provided information. Estimates may also be based on in-person quote requests and/or written assessments conducted by a Home Sweet Home qcs LLC supervisor. These estimates are for guidance only and do not constitute final pricing. Final costs are determined upon onsite inspection and may vary depending on factors such as the volume of debris, presence of biohazards, or other unforeseen conditions. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated and must receive client approval prior to work commencing.
7.) Service Scope & Limitations
Unless specified in the booking details and approved by a supervisor at Home Sweet Home qcs LLC, "Residential Cleaning Services" (I.e. Attic Cleaning, Basement Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Garage Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Apartment/Condo Packages, Mobile/Tiny Home Packages, Town Home/Duplex Packages, Single Family Home Packages, or Estate/Large Home Packages) and "Commercial Cleaning Services" do not include:

Moving heavy furniture, appliances, or equipment.

Cleaning hazardous materials or performing specialized cleaning (e.g., biohazard removal).

Structural repairs, deep stain removal, or other tasks requiring specialized equipment.
8.) Service Time & Pricing Policy
At Home Sweet Home QCS LLC, we value transparency and strive to provide accurate service time estimates for all of our cleaning services. Please note that these estimates are based on the service itinerary and average duration of similar past cleanings. However, we understand that every client and home is unique, with varying needs and requirements.
Because of this, our team focuses on being quick, thorough, and efficient during each cleaning session. We aim to deliver exceptional results within the estimated timeframe without compromising on quality. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we conduct a walkthrough of your space with you before we leave. This allows us to address any concerns or adjustments in real time, ensuring that the service meets or exceeds your expectations.
8.1. Strict Itinerary: Cleaning Technicians are required to follow the strict itinerary of each booked service.
• Work will not extend beyond the defined itinerary unless the Client requests additional tasks or the property requires more time due to size, condition, or specialized needs.
8.2. Quoted Price & Time Frame: Home Sweet Home QCS LLC provides the Client with a quote that includes a set price and an estimated time frame for the completion of the cleaning service. All service times are estimates provided for itinerary, scheduling and planning purposes only.
• Actual duration may vary depending on property conditions, accessibility, or additional Client requests.
• Service Pricing is determined by the scope and extent of the booked service or package, not by the length of time spent at the property.
• No discounts, reductions or refunds will be issued if a service is completed in less time than estimated.
8.3. Additional Time & Fees: If the service extends beyond the quoted time frame due to circumstances beyond the Cleaning Technician's control (e.g., excessive clutter, additional requests, unforeseen conditions), an additional fee per extra hour and/or service will be applied.
• Additional time is billed hourly, per extra hour (or portion thereof), at the rate specific to the booked service.
• Rates for extra time are outlined in the description section of each service type.
8.4. Client Approval: The Client will be notified if additional time is required. Work will proceed only with the Client’s approval.
8.5. Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the additional time fee, if applicable, along with the final invoice.
8.6. Pricing Plan Contracts:
Minimum Commitment Period:

Residential & Special Service Weekly Plans: 24 weeks.

Residential & Special Service Bi-weekly and Monthly Plans: 6 months.

All Commercial Plans: 1 year

Cancellations: Pricing Plans reflect a reduced rate based on honoring the service timeline. Failure to accept or allow access for scheduled sessions results in forfeiture of that appointment without refund, credit, or rate adjustment. Pricing Plans are contracts and cannot be canceled once initiated. Early termination fees apply.

Residential Accounts: $300 cancellation fee.

Commercial Accounts: 35% of the total contract value.

Rescheduling and Late Fees:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling or cancellations will incur a $35 late fee.

Unused Sessions:
Sessions not used by the end of the contract period will expire unless an extension is granted for a $50 fee.
Recurring Service Rate Advantage:
Our Pricing Plans are intentionally discounted compared to One-Time Services. These reduced rates are offered exclusively to clients who commit to recurring service schedules. The discount reflects pre-scheduled labor allocation, recurring technician availability, and contract-based service continuity.
Contractual Term & Billing
By enrolling in a Pricing Plan, clients agree to the full term of the plan and it's monthly billing schedule. Refusal, cancellation, or rescheduling of sessions does not alter the discounted rate structure or payment obligations.
Plan Versus One-Time Requests
Should a client discontinue their plan or request to convert to One-Time Service rates, future services will be billed at the standard non-discounted rate.
By scheduling services with Home Sweet Home QCS LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this stipulation.

9.) Access & Client Responsibilities | Liability Disclaimer
Prior to service start time, client agrees to ensure a safe, unobstructed, and accessible environment for our team. This includes; removing fragile or valuable items from work areas; securing pets; providing working utilities (water, electricity) for service completion; and granting necessary access (keys, codes, gates). If the residents is vacant or access is restricted, client must notify us in advance. Delays caused by lack of access or preparation may incur additional fees or adjustments to scheduled time.

Technicians will not access restricted areas unless written consent is provided.

Client Responsibility- To ensure efficient service, clients are responsible for:

Reading confirmation emails to properly prepare for booked services (sessions/appointments and payments).

Providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
-
Securing pets or any sensitive items from active work areas.
-
Providing a safe environment for our team.
-
Client must inform us of any hazardous conditions, structural concerns, or unsafe environments.
-
Clients must also inform us and/or secure any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to service.
-
Home Sweet Home QCS LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured items.

Pre-Existing Conditions:
Home Sweet Home QCS LLC is not liable for damages to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Worn or improperly maintained surfaces.
-
Damaged furniture or property.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delayed service or additional fees.
10.) Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee | Proof of Service & Documentation

Clients should review the service upon completion.
-
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours to allow Home Sweet Home qcs LLC to address any issues.
-
Remedies may include potential reservice or credit/eGift card towards future services, at the company's discretion.

Technicians will submit digital before/after photos to the admin team after every commercial job.
-
Clients may request signed proof-of-service documents upon completion (if applicable).
11.) Confidentiality

All client, client business information, and security details will be kept confidential in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
12.) eGift Cards
eGift Cards are:

Non-refundable.
-
Not combinable with coupons or promotions.
-
Redeemable only through Home Sweet Home QCS LLC.
-
The client assumes responsibility for lost, stolen, or unredeemed eGift Cards.

13.) Service Documentation & Media Policy
13.1. Service Documentation:

Clients must sign a Proof-of-Service Receipt and/or Service Report after completion of each service and walk-through, provided by each Cleaning Technician.

Cleaning Technicians will submit before-and-after photos for training, internal review, and archiving.
-
Documentation ensures accountability, consistency, and quality assurance.
13.2. Advertising and Promotions:

Clients grant Home Sweet Home QCS LLC permission to use anonymized before-and-after photos for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, or print materials) without any form of compensation to the client what so ever.

Photos will never include personal photos or information.
14.) Satisfaction Guarantee
-
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, notify us within 24 hours of the session.

Home Sweet Home QCS LLC will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.
15.) Privacy Policy
-
Home Sweet Home QCS LLC is committed to safeguarding your privacy.
-
We respect client privacy and conduct all services discreetly.
-
Personal information is collected solely for service facilitation and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with PA and NJ privacy laws.
16.) Commercial Services
This section outlines additional policies specific to commercial service agreements, including but not limited to: commercial carpet cleaning, commercial laundry services, janitorial services, office cleaning services, post-construction cleanup, and touch-up sessions.
16.1. Service Scope & Scheduling

All commercial jobs require a signed service agreement before commencement.

Work will be completed during scheduled hours unless prior arrangements are made.
-
Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the premises, including elevator use (if applicable).
16.2. Payment Terms & Invoicing
-
A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required upon contract signing.
-
Commercial invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
-
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee every 15 days past the due date.
16.3. Liability & Access
-
Home Sweet Home QCS LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:
-
Unsafe or non-code-compliant property conditions.
-
Unsecured or unnotified valuables.
-
Pre-existing damages or structural issues.
-

Clients are responsible for granting full access to work areas. If technicians are locked out or delayed due to access, a $50 fee may apply.
16.4. Proof of Service & Documentation
-
Technicians will submit digital before/after photos to the admin team after every commercial job.
-
Clients may request signed proof-of-service documents upon completion.
16.5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Cancellation within 48 hours of service is subject to a $75 fee.
-
Ongoing commercial contracts require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. Early termination may incur a fee of 35% of the remaining contract balance.
16.6. Confidentiality & Access to Client Spaces
-
Technicians will not access restricted areas unless written consent is provided.
-
All client business information and security details will be kept confidential in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
17.) Hazard Services
This section outlines additional policies specific to hazard service agreements, including but not limited to: animal carcass removal, biohazard cleanup & disinfection, crime scene cleanup, and hoarding cleanup & recovery services.
17.1. Service Scope & Scheduling

All hazard jobs require a signed service agreement before commencement.

Work will be completed during scheduled hours unless prior arrangements are made.

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the premises, including elevator use (if applicable).
17.2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

A non-refundable payment may be required upon booking.
-
Hazard invoices are due upon request.
-
Additional fees may apply but not limited to biohazard waste disposal, dumpster container coordination, pest infestation cleanup, structural damage, stairs/difficult access, junk removal, and deep cleaning of affected areas.
17.3. Liability & Access

Home Sweet Home QCS LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:
-
Unsafe or non-code-compliant property conditions.
-
Unsecured or unnotified valuables.
-
Pre-existing damages or structural issues.
-

Clients are responsible for granting full access to work areas. If technicians are locked out or delayed due to access, a $50 fee may apply.
18.) Compliance with PA & NJ Consumer Laws

Right to Cancel for Residential Clients:
-
In compliance with PA and NJ state laws, residential clients have a three-business-day right to cancel any service contract valued over $25 if signed at their residence.

Refunds for Overpayments:

Any overpayments made by the client will be refunded within 15 business days of notification.

Non-Discrimination Policy:

Home Sweet Home QCS LLC operates in compliance with PA and NJ anti-discrimination laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or any other protected category.

19.) Additional Insured Clause
19.1. Additional Insured Request:
-
If the Client requests to be added as an Additional Insured on Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC’s insurance policy, a fee will apply based on the nature of the services provided and the level of risk involved.
19.2. Fees:
-
Residential Clients: A flat fee of $150 per job or $400 per year will be charged for additional insured status.
-
Commercial Clients: A flat fee of $225 - $600 per job or $600 - $2,000 per year will apply, depending on the size of the contract and risk level.
-
High-Risk Contracts (Medical, Industrial, Post-Construction, Government Facilities): Fees may be $600 – $1,500 per occurrence or $800 – $2,500+ per year, based on coverage requirements.
19.3. Insurance Limits & Modifications:

If the Client’s contract requires higher liability limits than Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC’s standard coverage, the Client agrees to cover the cost of the policy increase.

The Additional Insured status does not provide the Client with independent coverage but extends liability protection only for services performed by Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC.
19.4. Payment, Processing, & Documentation:

The additional insured fee must be paid before the endorsement is processed.
-
Standard processing time for additional insured endorsements is 3–5 business days. If the request requires policy modifications, it may take 5–10 business days or longer.
-
Rush Orders: If the Client needs the Certificate of Insurance (COI) urgently, a rush order may be requested. Additional fees may apply based on the insurer’s expedited processing charges.

Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the Client as an Additional Insured within 10 business days after payment is received and processing is completed.
19.5. Waiver & Limitation of Liability:
Adding the Client as an Additional Insured does not extend coverage for claims arising from the Client’s negligence or wrongful acts. Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC retains the right to decline any request that may create excessive liability exposure.
20.) Force Majeure
• Home Sweet Home qcs LLC is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or emergencies.
• Services affected by such events will be rescheduled at the earliest possible convenience.
21.) Modifications to Policies
Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC reserves the right to modify this Company Policy, Pricing Plan Policy, pricing, and Terms of Use.
22.) Acknowledgment
By engaging in services or enrolling in pricing plan contracts with Home Sweet Home qcs LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agreed to this company policy, these terms and conditions, as required by Pennsylvania and New Jersey law. Home Sweet Home qcs LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with updated terms posted on our website.

1. Acceptance of User Agreement
By registering with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services or by accessing our website and content, including through our mobile applications, or by purchasing our "One-Time" Sessions, Pricing Plans, or other information provided as part of the Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services (collectively the "services"), you become a "user" and agree that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services. If you are using or accessing the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you are representing that you have the authority to bind the company or other legal entity to the Terms of The Agreement and acknowledge and understand that both you, individually, and the company or entity which you represent are bound by this Agreement. Once payment is made, you (client) agree to all Terms of this Company Policy. Pricing is subjected to change and You (client) understand that Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services is not responsible for any damages caused before, during, or after requested services. We (Home Sweet Home q.c.s.) may change or update this Company Policy at any time. Your continued use of this website & its services establishes your agreement to the new or updated Company Policy.
2. Your Obligations License and warranty for your submissions to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services:
By establishing a Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services Account and accepting these Terms of Service, you agree that Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services may assist you in setting up your profile by using provided information regarding you to populate your profile and to supplement any information provided by you in setting up your profile. You own or otherwise have the lawful right to provide the information that you provide to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services or allow Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services to access under this Agreement, and may request it's deletion at any time, unless you have shared information or content with other Users and they have not deleted it or it was copied or stored by other Users with your permission. Any information you submit to us is at your own risk of loss by providing information.
3. Customer Consent to use online credit card payment for purchase:
In order to purchase services and/or products with Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC
online, over the phone, or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit or debit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC online credit/ debit card use consent applies to Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC online account.

Refunds: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds once a payment transaction has been completed. However, should you have any issues or concerns regarding a recent charge, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. We value your satisfaction, and our team will work diligently to address any concerns you may have.

Subscription Renewals: Some Premium Services are offered on a subscription basis. Where applicable, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your chosen subscription period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) for an identical period only if auto-renewal is explicitly offered and selected at purchased. If auto-renewal is not offered or selected, your Pricing Plan Contract will expire at the end of it's term, and you will need to manually repurchase or renew the plan to continue access. For subscriptions set to auto-renew, we will automatically charge the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file until you cancel. By agreeing to these Terms and providing your payment method, you authorize us to make these charges. You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, we may automatically terminate your account. If you have questions about a payment made to us, we encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. We reserve our right to dispute any chargeback.

4. Amendment of Company Policy, Terms, & Conditions:
We may modify these terms and conditions, other terms and materials referenced in this document, clients' accounts, or content of Home Sweet Home quality cleaning services LLC website at any time for any reason.
