1. Service Agreement
By booking, purchasing, or using services from Home Sweet Home Quality Cleaning Services LLC (“HSH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to these Terms.
Our services include residential cleaning, specialty cleaning, organizing, commercial cleaning, biohazard-related services, and any related offerings available through our website or booking portal.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, property conditions, and client cooperation.
2. Client Portal Access & End User License Agreement
HSH may provide access to an online client portal, booking platform, or related software tools (“Portal Services”).
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Portal Services solely for:

Booking appointments

Managing plans
-
Viewing invoices
-
Communicating with HSH
3. Scope of License & Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or resell Portal content

Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

Use the Portal for unlawful activity

Interfere with system security or performance
-
Impersonate another client or entity
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination.
4. User Data
By using our Portal Services, you may provide personal information including:

Name, phone number, email

Property address
-
Booking preferences
-
Payment and invoice history
You authorize HSH to collect and use this data solely for service fulfillment, scheduling, quality control, compliance, and client communication.
Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Software and Services
Portal functionality may rely on third-party systems including Wix, payment processors, scheduling platforms, email automation, and integrated service providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for outages or third-party disruptions.
6. Communications
By booking or registering, you consent to receive communications from HSH including:

Appointment confirmations

Service reminders

Policy updates
-
Invoices and receipts
-
Service-related SMS/email notifications
You may opt out of marketing communications, but transactional messages are required for service delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, logos, service descriptions, photos, and software are owned by:

8. App Terms (If Applicable)
If you access our services through a mobile application, you agree that:

9. Additional Terms for Apple App Store Apps
If an app is downloaded through the Apple App Store:

Apple is not responsible for the app or services

Apple has no obligation to provide support

Any claims related to the app must be directed to HSH

Use must comply with Apple’s App Store terms
10. No Responsibility for Acts or Omissions of Third-Party Providers
HSH is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or delays caused by:

Building management

Utility failures

Payment processors

Third-party contractors

External service providers outside HSH control
11. Disclaimer of Express and Implied Warranties
All services and portal access are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSH disclaims all warranties, including:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Cleaning outcomes depend on property condition and client disclosures.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HSH shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost profits or business interruption

Property conditions existing before service
-
Client failure to secure valuables or fragile items
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service session giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HSH, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of the Portal

Failure to provide accurate service information

Unsafe conditions at the property
-
Breach of these Terms
14. Termination of License
We may suspend or terminate Portal access immediately if:

Fraud or misuse is suspected

Payments are delinquent
-
Client violates policies
-
Abuse or unsafe conditions occur
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding invoices or fees.
15. Updates and Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website, portal, or services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
