If additional time is required due to the size, condition, or special requests, extra time will be billed at $50 per hour. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and ensure service. This non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your total cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment. If biohazards or hazardous conditions (including but not limited to bodily fluids, mold contamination, pest activity, or hoarding-related conditions) are discovered during service, standard cleaning will be paused.
