Standard Clean • 1,501 – 3,000 sq ft | $950 • Full dusting, floors, surfaces, fixtures, baseboards, minor adhesive removal 3. Heavy-Duty Clean • 3,001 – 5,000 sq ft | $2,250 • Includes deep scrubbing, paint/adhesive removal, vent dusting, restroom detailing 4. Large Scale Projects • 5,001 – 10,000 sq ft | $3,600+ • Multi-room or multi-floor clean, construction debris removal (This package covers up to 5 hours of professional cleaning. If additional time is required due to size, condition, or specialized requests, extra time is billed at $150 per hour. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and ensure service. This non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your total cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment.)
