If additional time is required due to size, condition, or specialized requests, extra time is billed at $250 per hour prorated in 30min. increments. Ladder usage, pull-down ladder, or crawl spaces are not included in the service pricing and require a separate evaluation and fee. Payment is required to secure your appointment time and ensure service. This non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your total cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment.📌
