If additional time is required due to accessibility, property size, condition, or specialized requests, extra time is billed at $150 per additional hour, prorated in 30-minute increments. Payment is required to secure your appointment time and ensure service. This non-refundable payment will be applied toward your total cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment.
