Package pricing is designed for small to medium-sized properties with typical common areas. Larger properties, additional buildings, extensive amenities, or services exceeding the included time allowance will require a customized quote, property type service upgrade, or additional labor charges in accordance with our Company Policy. If additional time is required due to accessibility, property size, condition, or specialized requests, extra time is billed at $150 per additional hour, prorated in 30-minute increments. Payment is required to secure your appointment time and ensure service. This non-refundable payment will be applied toward your total cost and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment. If hazardous or biohazard conditions are discovered, service may be paused and require rescheduling, additional charges, or referral to an appropriate specialty service.
