A non-refundable payment is required to secure your appointment—this applies toward your total cost and confirms your booking. 📸 After booking, please send clear photos of the recovery area(s) for an accurate quote and proper crew prep. 🕒 Each booking includes up to 5 hours of hoarding recovery service. ⚠️ If more time is needed due to size, condition, or special requests, extra time is billed at $250/hr. Final pricing is confirmed on-site. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding. All hoarding cleanouts are initially quoted based on client-provided information and are considered estimates only. Final pricing is determined upon onsite inspection and may vary based on the volume of debris, presence of biohazards, or other unforeseen conditions. Additional charges will be clearly communicated and must be approved by the client prior to proceeding.
