If you’re seeking hoarder cleanup for yourself or a loved one, we’re here without judgment—just a mission to restore your home to a safe, livable condition. ✨ Recovery Levels ✨ 🟢Level 1 (Mild Clutter) – $1,200+ tax Best for: Early-stage clutter & light hoarding ✔Includes: •Initial walkthrough & recovery assessment •Sorting and categorizing items (Keep / Donate / Discard) •Removal of light clutter and bagged trash •Basic surface cleaning (floors, counters, visible areas) •Light sanitization & deodorizing •Final walkthrough with client 🟡Level 2 (Moderate) – $2,500+ tax Best for: Walkways blocked, multiple rooms affected, increased debris ✔Includes everything in Level 1 PLUS: •Multiple room clutter removal •Moderate furniture & item relocation •Appliance exterior cleaning •Deep floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping) •Increased waste hauling & disposal •Extended team size •Light pest debris cleanup (non-active infestation) 🔴Level 3 (Severe) – $4,500+ tax Best for: Heavy hoarding, safety hazards, strong odors, unusable rooms ✔Includes everything in Levels 1 & 2 PLUS: •Full room clearing (bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms) •Heavy debris and furniture removal •Interior appliance cleaning (refrigerator, oven, etc.) •Large-scale waste hauling & disposal ⚫Level 4 (Extreme) – $8,500+ tax Best for: Unsafe living conditions, extreme hoarding, health risks ✔Includes everything in Levels 1–3 PLUS: •Complete property clean-out 📸 After booking, please send clear photos of the recovery area(s) for proper crew prep. ⚠️Please Note: This service includes up to 5 hours of hoarding recovery service. All hoarding cleanouts are initially quoted based on client-provided information and are considered estimates only. If more time is needed due to size, condition, or special requests, extra time is billed at $250/hr. Final pricing is determined upon onsite inspection and may vary based on the volume of debris, presence of biohazards, or other unforeseen conditions.
