No dry cleaning or stain removal included. Items must be machine-wash safe. Heavily soiled items may be refused. Additional bags are billed separately. Garments left on hanger will be returned folded unless Garment Care service is selected. Booking this service, client accepts natural wear risks. Claims must be made within 24 hours of return/delivery, liability is limited to $50 per load, we are not responsible for missing socks or small loose items. Wash & Fold pricing is based on 13-gallon bags. Additional charges may apply if the actual laundry volume, condition, or special handling requirements exceed the selected package. Failure to submit the deposit may result in cancellation of the requested time slot.
